About This Role

We are seeking a hands-on System Administrator to focus on managing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) along with additional enterprise applications. This role will primarily focus on responding to system administration requests, ensuring smooth system operations, and maintaining secure and reliable enterprise systems.


What You Will Work On

  • Manage day-to-day system administration tasks, including end user security following SOX compliance process and checking for High SOD's using Fastpath, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on configuration, setup, and ongoing maintenance of key workflows, including System, AR, AP, GL, and others within D365 F&O
  • Configure and maintain number sequences for various modules in D365 F&O to ensure smooth and accurate data flow
  • Manage document management configurations within D365 F&O, ensuring proper handling of records and document templates
  • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot SSRS reports to support business decision-making
  • Support data migration activities and troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Configure and manage end user security roles and security settings within D365 F&O, RF-Smart and other systems, ensuring proper access controls
  • Provide system administration support for other enterprise applications like Fastpath, RF-Smart, DevOps & Microsoft LCS including user management, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with third-party ISVs like FastPath, SKG, Exflow, or similar, to configure and troubleshoot integrations with D365 F&O


What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including end user security provisioning
  • Proven experience in batch job creation, monitoring, and troubleshooting within D365 F&O
  • Experience with system, AR, AP, GL, and other workflows in D365 F&O
  • Knowledge of organizational administration configuration within D365 F&O
  • Experience with document management, electronic reporting, and SSRS reporting
  • Hands-on experience with the Data Management Framework (DMF) setup and maintenance
  • Experience with third-party ISVs like FastPath, SKG, Exflow is a plus
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture, administration, and best practices
  • Experience with D365 number sequence setup and maintenance
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, and related tools for deployment and version management
  • Strong SQL experience and ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
