Integration Transitional Project Manager - Mexico City, Ciudad de México, Mexico - 8183 - RGP

About This Role

Professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the integration of systems, applications, and business processes within an organization. Their primary role is to ensure seamless communication and data flow between different platforms, such as ERP systems, CRM software, and legacy applications.

What You Will Work On

1. Assessment & Planning

• Identify which processes are suitable for migration (standardized, transactional processes are ideal)

• Set clear objectives and define expected benefits

• Develop ROI projections

2. Design

• Create detailed future-state process designs for supply chain finance workflows

• Define technology requirements and system changes needed

• Establish clear roles and responsibilities between GBS and local teams

• Design governance structure and escalation paths

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)

3. Build & Test

• Configure systems to support new processes

• Develop reporting tools and dashboards for performance tracking

• Create comprehensive documentation and training materials

• Conduct pilot tests with limited scope to validate designs

• Refine processes based on pilot feedback

4. Knowledge Transfer

• Shadow existing teams to document tacit knowledge

• Conduct knowledge validation sessions

5. Transition Management

• Develop contingency plans for critical processes

• Implement risk mitigation strategies

6. Go-Live & Stabilization

• Execute cutover based on planned transition approach (phased, big bang, parallel run)

• Provide hypercare support during initial transition period

• Monitor process performance using predefined KPIs

• Implement quick fixes for emerging issues

• Track and resolve process exceptions

What You Will Bring

7 +years of experience in finance functional transformations, particularly in supply chain finance.

5 + years of experience on healthcare Industry

7+ years of experience in Process Assessment & Design

7+ years of experience to conduct detailed process mapping and identify processes suitable for migration.

7+ years of experience in Project & Transition Management Expertise

7+ years of experience on Technology & System Integration Skills

Ability to define technology requirements and oversee system configuration for new processes.

Ability to develop business cases with ROI projections and monitor predefined KPIs to measure success.

Ability to quickly adapt to complex environments and resolve process exceptions efficiently.
