About This Role
Our client is looking to bring talent aboard their Tax & Compliance Team. This high performing group is looking for experience in operative tax activities and control according with Mexican Regulations, fast paced environments along with great personalities and communication skills.
What You Will Work On
• Support with month-end and quarter-end activities (entering accounting entries and reconciling accounts)
• Generate reports and prepare working papers to comply with tax obligations within established deadlines.
• Support all areas with day-to-day tax inquiries and tax planning.
• Manage various deliverables with internal teams, such as internal and external audits, REPSE, among others.
• Perform tax compliance checks related to electronic invoicing (e.g., CFDI), reconcile and validate invoices (income, expenses, payments, etc.).
• Monitor the tax mailbox; reconcile discrepancies and generate a defense file.
What You Will Bring
• Tax experience.
• 2 to 3 years in the position.
• Knowledge of ERP: Oracle, SAP.
• English Intermediate (B2)
• Completion of SAT forms (DyP, DIOT, ISSIF, DIM).
