About This Role
As a Payments Management Consultant you be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of payment operations for our clients, ensuring seamless payment acceptance, financial technology integration, and operational efficiency. You may also play a key role in implementing payment strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while driving innovation to fuel business growth and elevate the customer experience.
What You Will Work On
  • Develop and implement a holistic global payment strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with the company’s new reservation system initiative.
  • Enhance and expand payment acceptance capabilities, including credit cards, PayPal, and alternative payment methods, while identifying new revenue opportunities and improving guest engagement.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the payment ecosystem to refine processes, introduce innovative payment solutions, and provide strategic vision for the evolving landscape.
  • Lead efforts to integrate new payment platforms with existing systems, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term scalability.
  • Ensure all payment operations align with PCI DSS, NACHA, and other industry regulations, collaborating closely with IT compliance teams to uphold security and compliance standards.
  • Identify and implement cutting-edge payment technologies, ensuring alignment with business strategy while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with teams across finance, technology, and operations to optimize payment workflows and support the company's global payment strategy.
  • Explore and introduce new ways to engage guests through alternative payment methods and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure the proper introduction and execution of new payment solutions while maintaining efficiency, security, and compliance.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in payment operations or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex payment operations, drive efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong process management and analytical capabilities, with a high attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with financial institutions, payment vendors, and key business stakeholders to optimize payment solutions.
  • Familiarity with payment-related software and platforms.
