About This Role
As an Accounts Payable Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in processing complex invoices, expense reports and check requisitions in various systems with attention to detail and compliance 
What You Will Work On
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests using the Accounting ERP system.
  • Assist with coding non-purchase order invoices.
  • Work with vendors and staff to resolve invoice issues and reconcile vendor statements.
  • Address EDI invoice issues and review open purchase orders and invoices.
  • Review and resolve issues from MA54/MA540 processes, upload invoices, and ensure discounts are applied.


What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience of Accounts Payable in a high volume department
  • Experience with purchase order invoices and using AP/PO modules in Lawson, Oracle or SAP ERP systems. 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills
