About This Role

As a Business Integrator – Procurement, you will play a key role in driving the transformation and optimization of Walmart’s procurement processes, both direct and indirect. You will be responsible for assessing current procurement workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and leading the implementation of best practices. With your expertise in ERP implementations, particularly SAP, you will enhance process maturity and ensure alignment with business objectives. Acting as a Process Owner, you will guide the organization on which procurement processes to prioritize for maximum efficiency and business impact.

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and manage procurement process transformation, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Oversee ERP (SAP) implementations for procurement, improving integration and process automation.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that optimize direct and indirect purchasing.

  • Act as a Process Owner, setting standards and driving process maturity within the procurement function.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.

  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous process improvement.

  • Provide guidance on procurement best practices, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate with IT and PMO teams to manage technology projects and ensure seamless implementation.

  • Lead change management efforts to secure stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption of new processes.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in process optimization.

  • Proven track record in ERP (SAP) implementations and procurement process automation.

  • Expertise in direct and indirect procurement processes, vendor management, and strategic sourcing.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a Process Owner and guide organizational focus.

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) to drive process efficiency.

  • Experience in technology project management and working within a PMO framework.

  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive process maturity.

  • Strong communication skills in Spanish & English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
