About This Role
We are looking for an experienced interim Senior Director of Corporate HR to lead the North American and Asia Pacific HR Business Partner teams while overseeing Corporate HR Operations. In this strategic role, you will apply your expertise in human resource management to partner with business unit and functional leaders, driving the execution of HR strategies that support organizational goals.
What You Will Work On
  • Partner with key business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with company policies, best practices, and legal considerations while effectively resolving employee relations issues.
  • Apply strong HR expertise and hands-on execution across workforce planning, change management, employee retention, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to drive results within a dynamic, large-scale, and highly acquisitive organization.
  • Lead the rollout and execution of corporate HR programs, including policies, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting and analytics to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide due diligence and project management support to the Senior Leadership and Corporate Development teams during acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, acquired company management, and cross-functional teams to develop and execute seamless post-acquisition integration plans.
  • Lead significant change management initiatives to optimize workforce integration and business alignment.
  • Serve as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, providing strategic guidance and being a trusted, accessible advisor on HR and business needs.
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing HR Business Partner team across multiple business units, attracting top talent and strengthening HR capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to enhance HR’s strategic impact across the organization.
  • Effectively manage a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring cohesion and operational efficiency across regions.
  • Leverage strong project management expertise to drive timely execution of key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and critical deadlines

What You Will Bring
  • Deep expertise in HR practices and employment law, ensuring compliance and strategic workforce management.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Proven leadership in team building and people management, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter, skilled in training, coaching, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop leaders, enhancing organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience in fast-paced, highly acquisitive environments, with a strong track record of managing HR integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • HR certification (HRCI, SHRM) is a plus, reflecting a commitment to professional excellence.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR leadership.
  • Tech-savvy HR professional, proficient in HCM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with Workday and Dayforce is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state employment laws, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
