About This Role
The Legal Counsel role is a “difference maker” who will play a critical role in growing RGP. Serving as an advisor and business partner to leaders across the globe, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to operational growth.
We are seeking a Legal Counsel with a global purview to join our dynamic legal team. In this position, you will play an integral role in establishing and enhancing key company policies and processes around cybersecurity and intellectual property, managing the Company’s commercial litigation matters, and negotiating and reviewing complex agreements.

What You Will Work On
  • Manage the Company’s cybersecurity, emerging technology and AI programs, including by drafting policies and procedures, coordinating with outside advisors and internal IT teams, and assisting with related regulatory filings and disclosures.
  • Advise internal business clients with respect to the application of federal and state laws and regulations to the business activities of the organization
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of global commercial agreements, including nondisclosure agreements, real estate leases and vendor agreements
  • Manage and oversee global commercial litigation matters, including bankruptcy proceedings, and negotiate settlements to minimize litigation risks and costs
  • Identify and assess commercial legal risks related to litigation and disputes
  • Advise on and oversee other legal matters as assigned, including intellectual property and mergers and acquisition activities.
  • Work directly with the SVP, Corporate Counsel and Chief Legal Officer on a host of legal and compliance matters

What You Will Bring
  • JD from a top, accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience; in house experience preferred
  • Eager to learn new technologies and ideas
  • Team player who brings a strong “can do” attitude to the workplace and works collaboratively with other members of the legal team
  • High level of comfort with and responsive to rapid developments and changes in direction

  • Strong business acumen and excellent written and oral communication and contract negotiation skills

What You Can Expect
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Base Pay Range: $132,000 - $166,000
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
