About This Role

As an IT SOX Manager, you will be a part of a high performing team where you will, plan and manage Sarbanes Oxley IT compliance reviews in a dynamic IT environment. As the IT SOX Manager, your goal is to ensure that internal control activities are executed correctly and adhere to management directives, policies, standards, and procedures. This would require someone to be onsite 3 days a week in the Bellevue area.

What You Will Work On

Oversee and manage IT SOX compliance activities, including IT general computing controls (ITGCs), IT automated/application controls (ITACs), and key reports. Lead the planning and scoping of IT SOX initiatives.
Provide comprehensive oversight and review of control walkthroughs, documentation, and quality assurance across all IT SOX areas.
Evaluate control evidence for accuracy, completeness, and precision, addressing control gaps and findings identified by management.
Review test findings, facilitate remediation of IT control gaps, and escalate critical issues to senior IT management.
Act as the primary liaison for external auditors regarding IT SOX controls,

What You Will Bring

BA/BS or higher in MIS, Business or Computer Science required.
CISA, CISSP or equivalent certification.
6+ years of current, relevant, and advancing experience in IT auditing, particularly with SOX compliance.
Prior experience in public accounting is advantageous.
Proficiency in the COBIT control framework, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance is essential.
Proven expertise in assessing technology risks, including hands-on experience with cybersecurity, privacy, and engineering controls.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to influence and collaborate with employees across all organizational levels

What You Can Expect

Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors. 
Pay Range: $75/hr. -95/hr. (DOE)
