About This Role
Join our team as a Senior Revenue Accountant, M&A! In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting operations and driving project and integration efforts related to our latest acquisition. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless transitions and optimizing financial processes during this exciting phase of growth.
What You Will Work On
  • Consistently meet monthly accounting close deadlines, ensuring financial results accurately reflect operational changes.
  • Apply sound judgment in developing accounting estimates and accruals.
  • Maintain compliance with established accounting policies, GAAP, and IFRS ASC606 requirements.
  • Ensure robust internal controls are in place and operating effectively, adhering to SOX and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operational teams to grasp business, system, or process changes that impact financial results and internal controls. 
  • Engage in dynamic cross-functional and company-wide initiatives to ensure accounting requirements and financial impacts are accurately identified and addressed.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is required; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting or technical accounting with a large multinational corporation and/or Big Four or large regional accounting firm.
  • Leadership in accounting and processes, with experience in large company accounting. (Big 4 experience and/or CPA is highly advantageous)
  • Strong expertise in FASB, US GAAP, and SEC rules and regulations.
  • Exceptional consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and a keen attention to detail.
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.   
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $75-95/hr. (DOE)
