About This Role
Important Pharma Client is looking for a Project Manager with 6 years experience working for 16 months project on Hybrid model.
The PM will be responsible for project managing the transition of work from one team to another including all tollgates to ensure successful transition. 
What You Will Work On
Some Team members for the client. This work will involve the movement of responsibilities for delivering service delivery based activities from one team to another (e.g Moving the separations process the team that currently does this work to a new team), in some cases this will be from one location to another location also.


What You Will Bring
• Developing project plans for the transition 
• Scheduling and hosting routine meetings to ensure that the overall project is tracking correctly 
• Scheduling stakeholder meetings to ensure full alignment, development of all tollgates and other check ins
• Partnership with the subject matter experts at the site level to ensure that all necessary checks are in place to ensure that the transfer is happening successfully - training implemented, readiness testing completed, etc.
• Have experience of Colleague Services Service delivery and the transition of work across teams
