About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to provide service delivery backfill support for our team. This role is essential to ensure continuity of payroll operations and CHRS (Core Human Resource Systems) support during a project assignment. The consultant will be responsible for executing day-to-day payroll activities and addressing CHRS-related inquiries.
What You Will Work On
  • Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide support and resolution for CHRS-related questions and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Costa Rican labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Proficiency in CHRS platforms (specific system TBD).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
