About This Role
As a Benefits Generalist Consultant you will support a large-scale benefits operation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will help manage ongoing day-to-day activities while contributing to process improvement initiatives during a period of organizational transformation, including a merger and ERP implementation.

This opportunity requires you to be onsite 4 days per week in the Northeast Atlanta area.
What You Will Work On
  • Administer and support health plans, compensation & benefits, and leave-of-absence programs
  • Manage benefits-related activities across a multi-state workforce of 27,000 employees (hourly, salaried, union)
  • Assist with union-related benefits administration and garnishment support
  • Collaborate on process improvement efforts tied to a Workday HCM implementation
  • Navigate benefits operations during an active merger and change management environment
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations across multiple cycles and jurisdictions
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and employee support in large, complex organizations
  • Familiarity with multi-state, multi-cycle, and union environments
  • Strong understanding of compensation & benefits, LOA management, and health plan administration
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM
  • Comfort working in fast-paced settings with ongoing system and organizational change
  • Availability to be onsite 4 days per week in the Northeast Atlanta area.
