About This Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead testing and cutover readiness activities for a major SAP transformation program. This dual-role position requires a project management–oriented professional who can oversee the full testing lifecycle and transition seamlessly into cutover planning and execution.  This is a hybrid position requiring 1-2+ days onsite in New York weekly.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing cycles including FUT, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
  • Ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements and real-world scenarios.
  • Manage test planning, execution, issue tracking, and resolution across functional and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with business users, functional leads, and QA teams to ensure testing completeness and quality.
  • Drive cutover planning activities, including readiness assessments, task sequencing, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee cutover execution and post go-live validation to ensure a smooth transition to production.
  • Support hypercare activities and stabilize the solution post-implementation.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience leading SAP testing and cutover activities in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and testing best practices.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with S/4HANA implementations.
  • Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager).

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
    • Pay Rate: $70/hr USD
