About This Role
We are seeking a Maximo Training & Development Consultant to deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning activities to Maximo end-users and administrators. This does require 2-3 days onsite in Denver, CO.
What You Will Work On
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, guides, and procedures. 
  • Provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions related to Maximo.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective training requirements.
  • Participate in UAT to ensure training materials are effective and cover all necessary aspects of Maximo.
  • Support change management efforts related to Maximo deployments and updates, including communicating changes to users and providing training.
  • May be involved in Maximo system administrative activities, such as planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
What You Will Bring
  • Training and Instructional Design: Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including adult learning principles and techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Maximo and related technologies, such as SQL, Java, or scripting languages.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as address training-related challenges.
  • Documentation and Report Writing: Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation and reports.
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $55-$70 (DOE)
