About This Role
As an NPI Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving the successful launch of new products by managing the entire introduction process. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure product designs meet quality, cost, and timing objectives while aligning with business goals. Your expertise will help identify risks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to deliver innovative products efficiently. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Work On
As an NPI (New Product Introduction) Innovation Manager, you will lead the end-to-end execution of innovation projects, from idea to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and go-to-market strategy. Your key focus will be on:

Coordinating and executing innovation assessments to validate feasibility, value, and strategic alignment of new product initiatives.

Managing stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency, alignment, and buy-in at every phase of the project lifecycle.

Leading cross-functional teams through agile and stage-gate processes to meet NPI timelines and deliverables.

Preparing and presenting clear, structured, and actionable project status updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Transforming complex project information into concise recommendations to facilitate business decision-making.

Driving a culture of innovation through practical frameworks and structured experimentation.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing product development, or NPI programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience in consumer goods or healthcare industries is a MUST
  • Proven experience in New Product Introduction or product development projects, ideally in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain teams.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance in product development.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and data analysis software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ms Project,Jira
