About This Role
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced QGenda Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the strategic configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of the QGenda platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, provider scheduling effectiveness, and data integrity across the organization. The QGenda SME will serve as the primary liaison between clinical, administrative, and IT teams to ensure the QGenda platform supports both day-to-day operations and long-term organizational goals.
What You Will Work On
  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert for QGenda configuration and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand scheduling requirements and translate them into effective QGenda configurations.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of new modules, system updates, and integrations with other platforms (e.g., EHR, payroll, HRIS).
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to users at all levels, ensuring adoption and optimal use of QGenda tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with QGenda support for escalated concerns.
  • Analyze and report on scheduling metrics, utilization data, and operational trends to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain system integrity, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and secure across all QGenda environments.
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical operations to ensure QGenda supports compliance, workforce planning, and business continuity needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on QGenda product updates, industry best practices, and workforce management trends.

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $75 W2
