About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Program Manager – Process Documentation to lead a team of Process Documentation Specialists. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized process documentation across multiple functional areas to drive operational excellence, consistency, and compliance.
What You Will Work On
Program Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of Process Documentation Specialists.
  • Define program goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Ensure consistent documentation standards and methodologies across all departments.
  • Process Design & Improvement
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved processes.
Documentation Development
  • Oversee the creation of clear, concise, and accurate documentation including SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
Training & Communication
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure teams understand and adopt documented processes.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
Change Management
  • Lead change initiatives related to process updates and new implementations.
  • Support teams through transitions with effective communication and training.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Monitor documentation quality and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain documentation integrity.
Performance Monitoring
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

What You Will Bring
  • Language: Fluent in Business English and Business Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Experience: 5+ years in program or project management, with a focus on process documentation or operational excellence.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, SharePoint).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications a plus.
