About This Role
As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company by managing and monitoring receivable accounts for timely and accurate billing. You will also take charge of collections, investigate and resolve payment issues, and collaborate with various departments to streamline and optimize the AR process. This does require FIVE days onsite in Loveland, CO.
What You Will Work On
Streamline AR Payments: Efficiently process centralized AR, Bad Debt, and non-Trade AR payments within legacy systems.
Optimize Adjustments: Skillfully triage, process, and escalate AR adjustment and write-off (CBR) requests to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Champion Bad Debt Processes: Provide robust support for Bad Debt management, ensuring minimal financial impact.
Facilitate Transitions: Seamlessly support AR processes transitioning back from Managed Services, ensuring smooth integration.
Collaborate for Solutions: Partner with IT, branches, and credit and collections teams to resolve AR system and account issues effectively.
Resolve Aging Issues: Proactively identify and resolve AR Aging issues, coordinating with departments and branches for open balance resolution.
Engage Stakeholders: Coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive AR initiatives forward.
Support Cross-Functional Teams: Offer essential support to OTC and other teams, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Ensure Quality: Conduct thorough UAT and regression testing for related AR processes and systems, maintaining high standards of performance.
What You Will Bring
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required, with consideration for equivalent experience.
Professional Experience: Over four years of relevant experience, showcasing a strong foundation in the field.
Attention to Detail: Exceptionally detail-oriented, ensuring precision in all tasks.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines effectively.
Team Collaboration: Mature and capable of thriving in a team environment, fostering positive interactions.
Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in troubleshooting complex issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, facilitating clear and effective dialogue.
Ethical Standards: Demonstrates strong integrity and business ethics, leading by example.
Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with others, driving team success.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills required, with experience in PeopleSoft 9.1, ARS (POS), and OnBase.
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite. 
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $45-55/hr. (DOE)
