About This Role
Reference Point, an affiliate of RGP, is actively recruiting a Director of Data Analytics to join our growing Technology and Strategy Practice. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on delivering advanced data solutions and strategic insights to top-tier clients in the Financial Services industry.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead large-scale, complex data analytics engagements across financial services clients.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants; lead internal initiatives such as Coaching Communities.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of the Data & Digital Analytics (DDA) practice.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with direct exposure to C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Deep domain expertise in at least 2–3 areas within financial services, such as capital markets, wealth management, or insurance.
  • Advanced proficiency in data strategy, architecture, and analytics enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Data Platforms: Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW), Data Lakes, ETL processes, and Data Modeling.
    • Technologies: SQL, Oracle, Sybase.
    • Advanced Analytics: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science.
    • Governance & Architecture: Data governance frameworks, schema design, and source system investigation.
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $250-$300k; 25% bonus target
