About This Role
RGP is seeking a skilled Organizational Design Consultant to support a major banking client in Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México. This role focuses on redesigning financial processes to enhance efficiency and quality, with a strong emphasis on organizational impact and strategic alignment.
What You Will Work On
  • Lead organizational design projects from diagnosis through implementation.
  • Conduct assessments of financial processes and structures, identifying opportunities for reengineering.
  • Evaluate and articulate the organizational impact of process changes.
  • Perform spans and layers analysis, role clarity assessments, and cost-of-structure evaluations.
  • Develop and present client-ready deliverables including org charts, role definitions, job descriptions, and transition plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Support project risk monitoring, budget control, and reporting activities.
  • Assist in delivering results within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience working with finance and controlling functions in Mexican banking institutions.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio; familiarity with project management practices (e.g., advanced reporting, risk reporting, budget control).
  • Experience with organizational modeling tools such as OrgVue or SAP Org Management.

  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
    • Interviews will be conducted in English.
