About This Role
As a Content Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the communication experience across our digital banking products and services. You will be responsible for crafting clear, consistent, and emotionally resonant content that aligns with our brand’s verbal identity, supports usability, and meets both user and business needs. With a strong foundation in writing, UX, and content design, you will help build coherent content experiences that span across platforms, contributing to our mission of delivering human-centered financial solutions.
What You Will Work On
  • Develop and maintain content strategies aligned with brand tone, business goals, and user needs.
  • Create and iterate on content for digital products and services, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and legal to co-create solutions.
  • Conduct and integrate user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate content decisions.
  • Support the development and use of design system components and ensure content is scalable and reusable.
  • Guide and document narrative structures and storytelling elements across user journeys.
  • Apply content evaluation techniques and analyze content performance to propose improvements.
  • Deliver documentation and presentations to stakeholders, advocating for clear communication and verbal identity best practices.
What You Will Bring
  • Strong writing expertise grounded in Spanish grammar, spelling, and digital readability standards.
  • English is MUST
  • Ability to design content that adapts to context, channel, and user needs, connecting emotionally and strategically.
  • Deep understanding of verbal identity, accessibility standards, and inclusive communication.
  • Experience with narrative frameworks and storytelling techniques (including archetypes).
  • Skilling structuring content through information architecture principles to enhance clarity and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with UX research, usability heuristics, and agile product development environments.
  • Strong communication skills to advocate for content decisions and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools like Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.
