About This Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to manage and enhance the end-to-end customer transaction process—from order entry through to payment collection. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely reporting, and efficient revenue flow, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
What You Will Work On
  • Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly AR data for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Manage AR cash handling, including corporate office receipts, lockbox, and bank accounts
  • Research and apply customer payments; code and approve non-customer/GL cash postings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage escalations from the Managed Service provider
  • Collaborate with IT and branch teams to resolve AR system and account issues
  • Oversee Unclaimed Property processes, including due diligence letters, credit balance refunds, and risk assessments.
  • Perform month-end close procedures, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post journal entries
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve EFT payment assignments
  • Partner with AR Cash Application Team to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Execute UAT and regression testing for AR systems and process improvements
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional processes and advocate for technical solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with financial systems and tools such as SAP S/4HANA, HighRadius, PeopleSoft, ARS, OnBase, Blackline
  • Experience with UAT and system testing is a plus

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $50/hr.
