About This Role
RGP is looking for a Workday US Payroll Product Manager to own and optimize a payroll ecosystem for ~10,000+ U.S. employees. You’ll drive the product strategy, lead system enhancements, ensure compliance, and partner with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate, efficient payroll processes.
What You Will Work On
•Serve as primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, from requirements to deployment.
•Maintain the payroll roadmap aligned with HR and Finance goals.
•Monitor Workday releases and implement relevant new features.
•Partner with Payroll Operations, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management to ensure data accuracy.
•Oversee integrations with Workday HCM, Benefits, Darwin Mercer, tax providers, and financial systems.
•Lead testing and deployment of payroll configuration changes.
•Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws, SOX, and data privacy requirements.

What You Will Bring
•Bachelor’s degree required.
•5+ years Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities.
•Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations.
•Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration.
•Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

    • Pay Range: $75-85hr
