Our client is a very important bank and needs a "hands on" SME in Balance sheet reconcilation collaborating with the area to support and advise the daily operation also overseeing the team 
What You Will Work On
Responsibilities/activities:

- Reconciling bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies or errors in the balance sheet.
- Performing daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations of various accounts.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with internal teams, auditors, and external banks to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of reconciliation activities.
- Identifying process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
What You Will Bring
Requirements
- BA Accounting
- Experience leading projects and teams
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial principles.
- Proficiency in reconciliations and financial software.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills for coordination and reporting.
- Experience in banking, finance, or accounting roles in Financial Services Industry

- Hybrid mode (available to go to client´s office 2-3 days per weeks)
- English language requested (Intermediate or higher)
