About This Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic finance projects that drive efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. This role is pivotal in aligning financial initiatives with business objectives, ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What You Will Work On

You will oversee a portfolio of complex finance projects, from design to execution, collaborating closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams. Your focus will be on establishing project scope, developing governance frameworks, managing risks, and driving execution against deadlines. You will also lead and mentor a team of project managers and analysts, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

What You Will Bring

You bring over 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting within the banking sector, with strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
Microsoft Project is a Must
English Advance is a Must
Desire PMP Certification
You are an experienced leader who has successfully managed high-performing teams and driven multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Your background combines deep knowledge of finance operations with proven project management skills (PMP or equivalent), enabling you to deliver transformative projects on time and within scope.
Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, inspire teams, and implement process automation makes you a strategic partner for the business.
