About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Tax and Data Analysis to support our E-Compliance program, focused on global E-Invoicing operations. This high-volume initiative processes over 1.5 billion invoices annually and is designed to ensure compliance with diverse reporting regulations across international jurisdictions.

What You Will Work On
  • Lead and manage project activities related to global e-invoicing compliance, ensuring alignment with foreign and national regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams responsible for initial data mapping and XML-based e-invoicing configurations.
  • Review and validate data mappings across multiple billing systems to certify compliance with government reporting standards.
  • Develop and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration between tax, technology, and compliance teams.
  • Analyze invoice data and reporting outputs to identify gaps and ensure regulatory accuracy.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in project management within tax, finance, or compliance domains.
  • Strong understanding of global e-invoicing regulations and XML data structures.
  • Experience working with technical teams and reviewing data mappings.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You Can Expect

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $55-$65/hr. (DOE)
