Our accounting and finance Consultants combine their functional finance expertise and project management capabilities with their other broad skills and experiences in internal audit, process reengineering, compliance, and systems to help clients drive business change.
RGP has an immediate need for a Tax Manager to join our consulting team in Northeast Ohio. The consultant will leverage their experience to assist our clients by conducting research to advise the tax implications of activities and to prepare and file the tax returns required under federal, state, local and applicable foreign tax laws and regulations. The consultant will also analyze and interpret existing and upcoming tax legislation (federal, state, local and foreign) to identify opportunities to minimize the organization's legal tax liabilities.

- BS degree; MS Tax or CPA is a plus
- 5+ years of public accounting and/or Big 4 experience is highly preferred
- Utility Tax industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
