RGP is seeking a Sr. Consultant for client in Providence, RI client to support the VP of External Reporting. Consultant will work alongside of VP of External reporting and must have recent SEC reporting, direct experience filing 10Q's and 10K's along with recent experience with New ASC 606 / Revenue Recognition standards. Ideal consultant will also have SOX experience as well. Duration of project will be 9-12 months.
10-15+ years experience in Accounting & Finance, SEC Reporting, Revenue Recognition & Technical Accounting
MUST HAVE SEC Reporting Experience - filing 10Q & 10K
MUST HAVE Recent ASC 606 / Revenue Recognition Experience
MUST HAVE SOX Compliance Experience
