Junior Project Manager

RGP is hiring Jr. Project Managers/ Project Coordinators to work on diverse projects for our Fortune 500 and pre-IPO clients. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders - it’s your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities (may vary from client to client):



  • Manage the project schedule, establish priorities, and set deadlines

  • Prepare briefing notes and support in analyzing work flow

  • Support program and project managers with meeting setup, attendance and collection of meeting minutes

  • Monitor and track project milestones and deliverables, and maintain dashboards/action trackers

  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and progress; resolve or escalate issues as needed

  • Develop and maintain document repository for project artifacts to enable effective communication and collaboration across teams

  • Oversee adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope

  • Prepare and present project status reports to multiple levels of management


Desired Skills and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination in a corporate environment

  • Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and Excel

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Results oriented with strong orientation to client servicing, time management, and project delivery

  • Ability to manage concurrent projects. Excellent multi-tasker and capable of thinking strategically

  • Ability to balance a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions
