About This Role
An RGP brand-name Financial Services Client is looking for a Data Quality Issue Management Consultant to work Hybrid Three (3) Days per week at the client location in Manhattan, NY, NY, in support of Finance and Regulatory Data Governance Initiatives.

This Consultant will support Data Quality Issue Management (root cause analysis, remediation), ensuring compliance with Enterprise Data Governance Policies.  
What You Will Work On
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Finance Data Governance in compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and ensuring appropriate accountability model and processes for data asset management, metadata management, data quality and issue resolution.
• Perform Data Quality Issue Management and solid understanding of what constitutes a data quality issues. 
• Provide insight into the root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and assist in remediation.
• Contribute to development of reporting that tracks data quality issues from inception through to resolution. Develop related scorecards or other KPIs to monitor data quality issues and related remediation
• Recommend strategic improvements to data assessment process and making necessary enhancements to data analytical and data quality tools.
• Identify Critical Data Elements for Regulatory Reports (2052a, Call Report, etc.) and ensure CDEs are under governance according to
program requirements (Knowledge of the specific reports is a positive). 


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelors or Other Advanced Degree
  • Strong Financial Services / Banking / Capital Markets Industry experience.
  • Strong Data Quality Issue Management expertise within a large, Financial Services Data Governance Programs is required.
  • Excellent technical skills (Data Visualization, Root Cause Analysis, Data Quality, Data Analysis, Data Governance)
  • Outstanding communication skills and strong Consultative Approach to Client issues and deliverables.
  • Ability to build cross functional relationships with Controllership and Technology stakeholders and/or data providers.

* Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
NOTE: This role requires HYBRID ONSITE THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK at the Client's Location in Lower Manhattan, New York, NY
* PAY Rate Range: $80-65 per hour USD pay in RGP's project-based, W2 Model in with full benefit offerings.
* Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
