About This Role
As a Finance Data Governance Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the Regulatory Reporting framework around Liquidity reporting and Capital Reporting, establish data governance including data quality, data issue management, and data stewardship and will operationalize and implement a roadmap around data quality attestation within US Regulatory Reporting working with an advisory partner and internal stakeholders.  
 
What You Will Work On
  • Finance Data Governance in compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy ensuring the appropriate accountability model and processes for data asset management, metadata management, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver data quality scorecards, dashboards, analytical reports, and attestation packages for all processes in scope.
  • Provide insight into the root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and assist in remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback.
  • Recommending strategic improvements to data assessment process and making necessary enhancements to data analytical and data quality tools.
  • Continuing to support our current Regulatory Reporting needs via existing platforms working with our upstream data providers, downstream business partners, as well as technologies.

What You Will Bring
  • Hands on experience within Regulatory Reporting framework specially around Liquidity reporting (FR 2052A, LCRs, NSFRs) and Capital Reporting ( FRY 14, Y9Cs).
  • Strong relationship skills and communication is essential as this Consultant will partner extensively with Business process owners, Technologies, and Enterprise Data Governance.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
  • Strong excel and other technical skills, prior experience with SQL is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect business requirements and use them to guide implementation of a technical solution.
  • Prior experience in defining and implementing data governance and data quality programs is preferred.
  • Prior experience of data governance, metadata, and data lineage tools such as, Collibra, MANTA is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFE project methodologies.
  • Prior Financial Services industry experience.
