About This Role
An RGP Top-Tier Banking Client is looking for Functional Data Governance Consultants within the Regulatory Reporting Space. This role requires Hybrid Onsite at the client site in Downtown Manhattan 3 days per week.  The duration is expected to be long-term. 
What You Will Work On
  • Finance Data Governance in compliance with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy ensuring the appropriate accountability model and processes for data asset management, metadata management, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver data quality scorecards, dashboards, analytical reports, and attestation packages for all processes in scope.
  • Provide insight into the root-cause-analysis of data quality issues and assist in remediation of Audit and Regulatory feedback.
  • Recommending strategic improvements to data assessment process and making necessary enhancements to data analytical and data quality tools.
  • Continuing to support our current Regulatory Reporting needs via existing platforms working with our upstream data providers, downstream business partners, as well as technologies.
What You Will Bring
  • Hands on experience within Regulatory Reporting framework specially around Liquidity reporting (FR 2052A, LCRs, NSFRs) and Capital Reporting ( FRY 14, Y9Cs)
  • Strong relationship skills and communication is essential as this Consultant will partner extensively with Business process owners, Technologies, and Enterprise Data Governance.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, ability to manage multiple assignments and projects concurrently.
  • Strong excel and other technical skills, prior experience with SQL is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect business requirements and use them to guide implementation of a technical solution.
  • Prior experience in defining and implementing data governance and data quality programs is preferred.
  • Prior experience of data governance, metadata, and data lineage tools such as, Collibra, MANTA is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFE project methodologies

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: approximately $75 per hour with potential to pay higher depending on experience ($70-85 per hour)
