About This Role

You will be the F&A leader and business partner to the President of the Retail Division and own the finance and accounting operations for the Retail Business, enabling the delivery of current-year objectives and long-term strategic goals. You will provide financial leadership to the Retail Leadership Team by leading financial reporting, forecasting & budgeting, internal controls, and Financial Analysis for the Retail Division and Real Estate Operations. You will be in a leadership position as a thought leader and strategic partner to the Retail Division and company Enterprise to enable ambitious top and bottom-line growth as part of Century Visions Strategy. Responsible for up to four direct reports.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a well-established, rapidly growing company across the US. 


What You Will Work On
  • Lead financial analysis for strategic choices, investments, and operations: stores, acquisitions, formats, space, products, pricing. Drive shareholder value.
  • Own monthly forecasts, annual plan, and all financial statements for retail business.
  • Lead C-Suite and management reviews on financial outlook, and partner with Retail President on key decisions.
  • Drive data-driven insights and action for retail performance, manage risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with management on understanding and achieving financial goals. 

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of supervisor/leadership experience or equivalent
  • Advanced FP&A experience in Retail, Consumer Products or Durable Products industries
  • Ability to Travel 20%
