About This Role
One of RGP's strategic financial services clients is looking to bring a Cash Management Manager to join 3 month project and highly possibility to be hired after ending. This opportunity will provide guidance to a newly formed group focusing on cash management and financial instruments activities. We are looking for people who can work onsite with our client in Polanco up to 2 days a week to build relationships and effectively provide value. Again, there is an opportunity for a longer client relationship should all parties agree.



 

What You Will Work On

  • Management of payment and collection methods used by Bank's entity
  • Management of cash and bank account balances
  • Management of Financial Instruments such as Repurchase Agreement, Bonuses, Foreign Currency, Derivates.   
  • Financial planning and improvement of financial results
  • Analysis of the company's monetary flow circuits
  • Administration of treasury balances
  • Propose and lead commercial actions in the client portfolio, to increase crossover levels
  • Business English 
  • Directly report to the Controller
  • Manage 7 people 
What You Will Bring
  • At least 4 years of proven experience in cash management within the banking/financial services industry
  • SPEI & SPID supervision (previous experience in Back office)
  • Financial instruments management
  • Accurate reporting
  • Growth minded
