About This Role
As Senior Client Development Manager, you will play a critical role in growing RGP to a $1B professional services organization. Through a focused account management and expansion strategy, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the continued revenue growth of the company. 
What You Will Work On
  • Contribute to the sales activity and results for a defined portfolio of business (territory or assigned accounts).
  • Attend any client meeting(s) set with Client Development Individual partner to enable career progression and sales development.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and communicate effectively with key client leaders and staff to guide account penetration and sales growth.
  • Apply best practices in generating leads, identifying opportunities, and leveraging available RGP resources to enhance account penetration.
  • Monitor and manage delivery performance, project risk and new opportunities within assigned accounts in partnership with Talent Management and/or Delivery Management leads.
  • Execute and deliver against established KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to RGP’s continuous improvement through involvement in account-related case studies, collateral and thought leadership and the identification of client and market trends relevant for future RGP opportunities and solutions.
  • Research and planning objectives, including Salesforce input and cleanup, lead generation, and account research.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited instating or commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years of total experience with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Prior customer service experience and general business knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage and motivate people.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to be a team player and support multiple individuals with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in business development, sales effectiveness, account management, presentation skills and customer relationship management.
  • Systems-savvy with an aptitude to dig into data and gain insights that drive business opportunities.
  • Adaptable with the ability to solve complex problems through innovative thinking.
  • Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent engagements and work streams with various clients.
What You Can Expect
  • All Compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors, including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Base Pay Range: $89,600.00 - $112,000
  • Other Compensation: Incentive Compensation
