About This Role

This role supports a Big Bank's Finance Data Governance Group with Project Management, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issues Management, Senior Stakeholder Reporting.


What You Will Work On

You will bring:

  • Finance data governance experience in large regulatory reporting programs (at a global financial service firm).
  • Strong project / program management skills to become the "go-to" for the Finance Data Governance program. 
  • Take status reporting and some of the stakeholder engagement needed cross functionally off the "plate" of the Finance Data Governance director.
  • Update slides for leadership on program progress
  • Provide executive level updates on program progress vs. project plan, details risks/issues, identify and resolve dependencies
  • Work cross functionally with data providers (Teams) and regulatory reporting stakeholders to understand and resolve risks, issues, and
  • dependencies
  • Outstanding communication and project reporting cross functionally in Controllership and to senior leaders

What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or other Advanced Degree
  • Strong Project and Program Management skills within large Financial Services Organizations working with large, cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong Stakeholder Reporting, Risk & Issue Management, Senior Management Reporting.
  • Ideal Candidates have Big Bank experience supporting Basel Regulatory Reporting / Regulatory Capital / Liquidity Risk initiatives, e.g. Fed 2052A, Call Report. 
  • Strong experience supporting Finance and Regulatory Data Governance projects e.g. Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Attestation as a Project / Program Manager.

What You Can Expect
* Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
NOTE: This role requires HYBRID ONSITE THREE (3) DAYS PER WEEK at the Client's Location in Manhattan, New York, NY
* Ideal Rate Range: $65-85 per hour in RGP's project-based, W2 Model with full benefit offerings.
* Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
