About This Role
This role is integral to a central Program Management Team responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of key initiatives across multiple workstreams. The candidate will leverage their expertise and knowledge to provide guidance and ensure that solutions are both functional and sustainable. This position requires an individual with extensive project management experience and deep subject matter expertise to deliver impactful and enduring results.
What You Will Work On
  • Strong regulatory understanding with experience in interpreting and translating regulations into actionable tasks.
  • Proven project management skills, especially in front office change projects and market risk.
  • Expertise in transformation, change management, and PMO, particularly in Capital Markets and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across Global Markets and ensure alignment on initiatives.
  • Experience in analyzing large datasets (SQL, Python) and ensuring proper governance and approval processes.
  • Proficient in managing dependencies, resolving risks, and providing insightful project updates, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Bring
  • Significant amount of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in Market Risk and Regulatory related projects
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • Project Management certifications e.g. PMP or equivalent a strong plus
  • Has Front Office - Desk Facing Project Experience

  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.  
  • Pay Range: $90-$100/hour W2
