About This Role
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects focused on execution of organization-wide change projects that impact systems, processes and people.
What You Will Work On
  • Develop OCM milestones and dependencies and agree on operating cadence with squad/project team
  • Create vision for change and identify key stakeholders and develop high-level stakeholder engagement plan
  • Develop high-level change impact assessment and detailed change impacts.
  • Responsible for executive communication strategy and plan
  • Analyze and develop training needs, strategy and plan for execution
What You Will Bring
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Change Management methodologies, such as the Prosci
  • Ability to collaborate with the product owners and project stakeholders closely and effectively
  • Experience with implementing vendor/supplier-impacted change is desired 
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
    • Pay Range: $75-85/hr.
