About This Role
We are seeking a tenured Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of an Oracle Cloud migration project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project strategy and management, cloud technologies, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the smooth implementation of cloud solutions.

This opportunity requires the ability to be onsite at the client's site 4 days a week in Midtown.
What You Will Work On
  • Participate in the strategic planning process before the development of the project plan.
  • Directly manage project delivery from project scoping and definition to its successful execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Utilize an understanding of strategic plans, business processes, and architecture to influence project execution and drive long-term, stable business processes.
  • Responsible for communications, coordination, and tracking of milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate all activities with guidance from the project team to optimize, enhance, and unify systems design, working closely with implementation partners, business, and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementation, including planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates for various stakeholders.
  • Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies, and communication plans to ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to drive key tasks forward and escalate significant process bottlenecks, anticipated delays, and critical path analysis as needed.
  • Proactively identify and manage issues, risks, and dependencies, suggesting mitigations to risks and actions to close issues or complete open items.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cloud migration projects with Oracle Cloud. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and present to the Board and C-Suite. 
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2) and cloud technologies (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) is a plus.
